Wedding in Pakistan

Pakistan is a Muslim state where 99% people follow their religion strictly but this is not seen in their lives as most of the Pakistani people are living their lives under the strong influence of regional old traditions. Pakistan came into being as a result of a freedom campaign and before partition of South Asia Hindus and Muslim were living together although Muslims of Pakistan has found a new place to live their lives freely but still they are seemed to be following and living under the slavery of Hindu traditions. To conduct a wedding ceremony is very difficult for a normal lower middle class Pakistani and it is like to displace a mountain for a poor man in Pakistan. This is just because Pakistani people are following Hindu traditions rather than following Islamic laws.
In Islam Wedding is a blessing of Allah and it is done for the prosperity and it brings happiness, motivation and goals in the life of the person who is getting married. Unlike this, old traditions and problematic customs made wedding ceremony a burden and struggling and headache event.
Poor man in Pakistani can not spend lot of money to fulfill these customs and due to this his daughter remains un-married while the same time she and her family members has to bear and listen to the taunts and quips of society.
